I joined the PRO membership paying US $35 and my problems began.

The first was their customer attention service which is even worse than that of a Banana Republic. You can send a message and you receive a very polite automatic answer to the effect that one of our support representatives will shortly reply to your query or question. That just doesn't happen. You receive no reply. Not one in seven days.

Second you then login to their site and and press the button that says, Send your ad once a day to members of groups you are subscribed to(Pornographic or illegal content not allowed. Once you do that a page opens where you can send your message. The only problem is that you can't send your message as the whole message area is in GREY.
Deception and Depression

It is impossible to send your message to the groups they subscribed you to. This happens in Explorer, Netsacape and Opera.

You can complain until the cows come home that they have a technical problem with this page and would they solve it. No reply. I have been a week now sending emails including threatening ones, but I get no reply.

My impression is that it is done on purpose, because any efficient and responsible outfit wouldn't let this happen in the first place and if they did, they would be very quick to answer you apologizing for the mishap, with the assurance that they are doing everything to rectify the problem. Nothing.

In the end you have to say goodbye to your hard earned US $35 and say to yourself that there must be some decent people around, only not in this company and move on, because you can knock your head against a brick wall until it splits without getting anywhere with successpub.com. Maybe they would be better at running a pub. However, who knows that the beer they serve is genuine or what they have put in it.

Please explain why anyone should care about your failed efforts to send spam to "Over 50 Million Targeted Prospects Every Month". Personally, I think your idea about the brick wall is excellent.
