My car went into Sudden Impact Auto Body for repairs after it was vandalized. Over six weeks later I got my car back and the real nightmare began. When I got it back, one of the rear windows was off the track. Upon investigation it was found that the clip which holds it up was broken, due to the vibrations caused by the sanding done before the repaint. I used their own photos which were taken when they accepted my vehicle for repair to show the window was fine before it went into them. They still refused to fix it and claimed that the clip might have broken anyway since the car was a 1996 and that they would not pay for it. They also left a black, tar like substance on my leather seats. They truly live up the reputation of the auto body industry. Don't be fooled by the Christian symbols in their officethey are as dishonest as the next guy and only care about money, not customer satisfaction or quality work.

Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else!
