Complaint Review: Sudden Impact AutoBody

The Car was towed to SI on Nov5, 2007. The Insurace company was out within 2 days.. It is now Dec. 27, 2007 and the car is still not done. I have talked to the owner Jose and Mgr Pat. All you get are excuses. The first excuse was the best "it's not easy to get parts" . This is a 2004 Ford Escape not some exotic car. Now after having the car for 8 weeks (promised to have back for the 3rd time) the air bag light is coming on and have to bring to Ford. Where I should have had the car towed to at the beginning. I would not rcommend this company to my worst enemy.
