Sudden-link PO Box 660365 Dallas,TX 75266-0365 Gentlemen: I'm currently disputing your closing bill for service rendered as of May, June, and July 2017. Please see attached bill. I also am contesting the fact that you have represented your company policy as a legal contract. The fact that you misrepresent your advertisements and leave any customer with little or no alternative to dispute any obvious errors says a lot about the type of company you are.

I have attached a copy of my payments for May, June, and July. When I presented these records to your representative they were dismissed as if this company was so in need of money that I was being penalized for leaving. I understand the representative reluctance to accept the obvious because he had obviously been instructed by upper management to collect as much money as possible on a closing bill. I can see how this can be very profitable for a company but this ranks with them standing at the front door with a gun and just re-leaving their customers of their money. The only comparable incident would be the Wells Fargo scandal. After contesting this bill with the company representative I was in formed that I had accepted these charges because I had accepted their service and that it clearly states in their policy that this company can charge for service even if never received. In reply, I had pointed out that I purchased the service on the internet and never saw a company policy.

After feather review, I understand that this policy was implemented some time in the middle of my history with this cable company and that I never receive a notice asking me if I wanted to continue receiving service under this new policy. I also think that a company should not write a policy that basically takes money from customers for no reason. I'm not sure if this is legal or not. In conclusion, I hope you can see that this type of business is what eventually leads American customer to cut the cord as they are doing now!! I will be looking forward to your response! Sincerely yours Loritton M
