The service provided by this company is unsatisfactory. I have been lied to by customer service representatives as to the cause of down time of high speed internet service.

Having payed for service with this company over the last year, I can honestly say it has been far from worth it. My connection is lost or is unusably slow no LESS than three times a day and for as much as three hours at a time.

Credits received are insulting and the amounts are simply dreamed into existence with no record at all of how much time I have actually been down. I have kept diligent records of down time matching that of letters sent to the customer service department for "scheduled maintenance", however I am required to call in each and every time (3+ times a day) to report the outages. The time spent on my cell phone add up to more than the refunds I have thus far received.
