From 11/2014 to 1/2016 Suddenlink knowingly allowed me ,the user to continue using their defective modem. They were very aware of the issues surrounding the modem before I even filed the complaint.They felt that losing money was more important than contacting me about the defective product .They tried today to take the easy road off the issue, by offering me a cheap $50 credit towards my account.Really Suddenlink

The State Department of Justice and the St. Louis BBB turned a blind eye to my complaint.When I responded to the defendant's reply, The St. Loius BBB mysteriously closed my case.Even though I presented clear evidence against Suddenlink, my case was ignored.

I believe my case was fueled by race and ignorance.If I had been white this case would've been on the 6:00 news.I've learned one thing about wicked people, they defend one another.

The person who handled my case with the State DOJ , did a poor,piss job.She always claimed to be doing something on the case,but never initiating any calls to me.I always made the contact first, to speak to a person who samed detached from reality.

Suddenlink, I hope that someone will file a good Civil Suit against you for your dirty business transactions
