Complaint Review: Suddenlink Communications

Suddenlink Communications Suddenlink continues to charge full price for services, after months of signal problems, numerous service calls that have not resolved issue, and months of calling to report issues. Charging full price for services that don't work properly. Payson Az Arizona

My cable tv service has not worked properlyfor nearly a year, yet I'm required to pay full price to keep services, (including internet) on until they repair it.

Have had 5 service calls, and the problem lies in their lines outside of my building. Thay have not repaired, but continue to charge full price to avoid interuption.
