she made all the employees clock out when ther were no cars to wash. she had our checks bounce a few times and she didnt pay for all the bouce fees. our w2s were fake we cant do aour taxes because every thing is wrong on the w2s, i contact the irs and they sent her a letter because she didnt send out our taxes for a month she showed me the irs letters and told me to leave the property because i had to take action to get my w2s and then when i did get them they were not real so a nother set back in doing my taxes and every one ele who worked for her and work for her now.

her employees steal out of the cars and she dousnt do any thing about it she fires good and hard working people and keep the ones who are hurting the business she doesnt give raises to those who need it she doesnt know how to run the business she owes money to the workers who had to clock out when there werent any cars. the workers now dont clean the cars and are rude and slow.

The employers / staff listed in the above complaint are no longer around. The place is no longer owned by the same individuals and the staff is also completely new.

I'm a customer that has seen this wash go through 3 different owners in a relatively short period of time. It was "Super Sudz" and then it was "The Wave" for a little while, but they didn't last long.

It is now going by "Sudz" again, and the new owner / staff are much more competent and friendly than those previous. Just thought I'd give a heads up on that.

Tina,

It is illegal to have you clock out, but remain at work. Not to mention unethical.

If she told you to clock out, you must be free to go home, otherwise it is considered to be working you off the clock.

Find a new job.
