Complaint Review: Suffolk County Family Court - foster Care

I have a so called debt with child support in suffolk county. my children was once in fostercare through the dept of social services. I was going back and forth to family court fighting to get my children back. meanwhile I was never notified that I had to pay for my kids being in fostercare. When my children were returned to me, suffolk county sent me a notice to me stating that i owed 24,776 for support fostercare. Meanwhile me and my children were homless at the time. I was shocked and appalled none told me I had to pay for my chilren being in foster care. The court documents that I have had all of my children's name on it with the amount for each month while being in foster care. For one child they have me paying 4,556 a month. One of my children they did get money for a government check which they have control over.
