This company advertises "Free shipping", "Easy Returns" and "No restocking fees" right at the top of their webpage lexmod.com (same company as as Sugar Stores)
But none of this is really true...
They told me I had to find my own shipping company to return the items, and it cost me $460 to do so as an individual. And then they deducted $220 from my refund. They said I would have to pay for the shipping costs to me. But that was supposed to have been "free". The price of the furniture was $2,069, but it was such poor quality I was shocked and stunned when I received it, and shipped it right back.In my opinion this is a very shady business with very deliberate misleading practices, and I do not recommend buying anything from them.
"Free Shipping" - only if you don't return the goods, then you pay both ways!
"Easy returns" - but they don't do a d**n thing to help! How is that easy?
"No restocking fee" - but you won't get all your money back! I lost 10% of my money. How is that without fees?
