www.sugardadsandbabes.com is a total rip off . I have been working for jeff savitz the owner of the site which is also a Adjunct Instructor for the university of north texas , for about 4 months now. He came to me with a job opp and I took it. He also said that he would provide me 20% of total monies at the end of the year doing marketing for his website or if I wanted to leave early and not take the 20% he would give me $500,000.00 in a company check . Lately the last 10 weeks he has been slacking on my pay checks and I also signed up my laptop for a wirless internet because he asked me to obtain it and he would pay out the sprint contract for 2 years which is $69.99 a month and has not done so. He owes me $4,860.00 for worked owed to me for 9 weeks at $10.00 an hour at 9 hours a day split which is $540.00 a week and $4,860.00 . Since mr JEFF SAVITZ has failed to pay me on time I told him I want to take the money early and not wait till the end of the year and he says ok. I have been calling him for since memorial day and he has not answered my calls. I told him I no long want to work for him because he does not pay me on time and I found out about some pictures he is using on his site are illegal . I want no part of it. He then asked to transfer the company into my name so that his researc company and board of comm does not find out he is running a s**t site , I say no. Mr. jeff savitz owes me 504,860.00 and my wirless contract. If you happen to see your picture on there site without authoriztion please contact your local authorities. Thank You and TakeCare p.s. I am appalled by the accusations I see on this website about my friend Jeff Savitz. I have known Jeff for over 30 years and know him quite well. To my knowledge, he has never fraudulently promised anyone anything. But, he has always been a very tough boss to work for, and he maintains very high standards for anyone who works for him. Several top folks in the field of marketing research and consulting were forged in the Savitz fire. We put up with demanding schedules, responsibility for not anticipating problems ahead of time, and sharp criticism for sloppy work, especially things like misspelling or not calculating the numbers correctly. As a result, for many years, Savitz Research was the one company in the industry from which the client could expect true accuracy, no padding of the truth or the budget, and clear strategic support.
Sadly, many employees were never able to make the grade but did manage to stay on for a while. It happens that Jeff is quite compassionate and often took in folks that would not be considered by other companies, in order to give them a second chance if they showed some ambition. These included ex-felons, people with minor psychological problems, people from disadvantaged minority communities, and many who would need intensive training to do the job - training that itself was tough but enduring.
Jeff has also hated firing people, even when they probably should have been. Eventually however, after being held vigorously to high standards, an unqualified employee (often unqualified simply due to lack of education or experience) voluntarily resigns. The sad story portrayed in this absurd Ripoff Report is obviously told by one such unqualified ex-employee. To him or her, I would suggest that you need to deal with the inner conflict between your overly optimistic self-image or ego and your obvious lack of competence in the job as assigned. There are some great trade schools out there, and if you do have ambition, you can eventually do almost anything.
Still, sometimes resentments from past failures linger for a long time, but they are usually bad for one's health, both physical and psychological, so getting rid of any such imagined resentments is always a move in the right direction. Try to see yourself as doing the best that you can do with what you have.

I AM AN EMPLOYEE OF MR SAVITZ AND HE IS A VERY RUDE AND MEAN AND RACITST OWNER... HE HAS NO RESPECT FOR HIS EMPLOYEES. HE TREATS US ALL LIKE WE ARE SLAVES. HE WANTS YOU TO WORK FOR 7 DAYS A WEEK FOR BEARLY 10.00 AN HOUR. AND HE WANT TO MARK THAT SALARY. I DON'T DOUBT THAT HE HASN'T PAID YOU BEACAUSE HE OWES ALOT OF PEOPLE.
