I needed to print some records so I needed software that converts files to PDF. I must have used this software in the past b/c it said I needed to pay to update it to be able to use it.

I simply agreed to pay approximately $25 for a year. But when it came to check out, there was a box that said I could add to make it interactive for $20 more. It was deceptive because the box to skip it was grayed out like you couldn't choose it but I clicked on skip anyway but it charged $20 as if I had purchased it.

That automatically charged my card $45 against my authorization. There were a list of more check mark boxes and at the bottom, a total of $98 which horrified me!

I absolutely did not check any of the boxes and called them. They had sent me a key to register it and I definitely did not register it in nor download it.

I'm assuming they're in China and that's why I chose China above but I couldn't tell the Asian accent.

For 30 minutes (2) reps came on that I could barely understand that started yelling at me and mocking me when I was asking questions to try to get a credit. I called the next day and all I got was message machines.

I had to go to my bank and cancel my card,  get a new card and go through all the problems now of changing all my records with a new card. At the bank, they they show up as suitepdf.com.

They had the nerve of charging some fees after that which I think was testing the card to see if it was still good. This appears to be internet fraud,  internet theft. They ripped me off of over $100 and I don't have the product. It's a scam, it's a rip-off.

Because of this I lost part of a legal hearing because I didn't have the records.
