Sullivan Motor Co Stole my money Mesa Arizona
We bought a jeep from Sullivan Motors Inc in Mesa AZ and we had to pay the $175 registration fee at the time of the sale. One month later when we went to our local DMV to get our tags, the DMV said that Sullivan's never sent the registration money. So in order to get our tags, we had to pay the $175 registration fee again. I called Sullivan's finance dept. and they said they would send me a check for the $175. Not only did I never receive the check, but they will not answer my emails or phone calls. No explaination from Sullivan's on why they kept my money. Keep in mind that Sullivan's dealership and our home/DMV are in the same state.
