I am also a victim of sultry hair. The first time I ordered hair from aurora nevarez, I recieved the order with no problem, although I was not very happy with the condition of the hair, it was delivered in a timely fashion. This time around I ordered hair and have not yet recieved it, I have sent numerous emails and left numerous voicemail messages to cancel my order,all of which have gone unanswered. There was 1 response that simply said my item was out of stock and will be sent within 7 business days.
It has been 3 weeks, there was nothing on the website that indicated my item was out of stock upon placement of the order. Had I known, I would not have ordered it in the first place, as it was needed for a special event which is over now. On top of this, I referred friends to sultry hair who also have similar complaints. Aurora nevarez is unprofessional, and has very poor customer service. She is a cheat and a rip off, and I have filed a formal complaint with the better business bureau. If anyone else have had similar experiences with this company, please share so that I can build a case to get this company shut down.

I did in fact recieve a full refund from sultry hair. There was a miscommunication and Mrs. nevarez did rectify the problem. I will continue to be a customer of sultry hair.....P.H.
