I am currently a homeowner that lives in the DFW metroplex . I've been noticing some of the negative complaints against my Builder and to be honest ! I don't know why. I know there are different circumstances in every situation but these are troubling times we are going through. It's not always going to be perfect. They have human beings working for them not robots. Just be glad that the builder has not filed bankruptcy!! This company has been in business 30 years. " you don't stay in business that long if you not doing something right" and believe me, liars and cheats they are not. I'm not saying that you don't have a legit complaint but Sumeer Homes has always taken care of me and countless others that live in my community. They will work for you and do their best to strive for what they believe in. You ought to see their competitors complaints!! Ouch!
