"Summer Bay Partnership" aka "Summer Bay Resort" aka "Summer Bay Getaways"  falsely advertised their vacation package to include 2 destinations that I said I was interested in, Puerto Rico and the Dominican Republic.  When I tried to plan a trip after purchasing the package, customer service informed me that the company never offered those 2 destinations and would not be offering those destinations in the future.

I was puzzled, and asked for a refund, since I was promised these options that would never be available.  Customer service told me that since it had been over 30 days since I had purchased the package, they could not issue me a refund.  My thought was, fraud is reason enough for a refund, but they would not budge.  I called my bank to help me out in this matter, but they could not get my money back.

Secondly, this company claims that one must cancel their membership within 7 days of purchasing, yet they did not send out the paperwork until 9 days after I paid.  The paperwork did NOT reflect the terms of our verbal agreement over the phone.  When I called and asked them about this, they said that the terms of our agreement were as stated in the paperwork, and that they could not speak to the phone conversation I had.

This company is so shady.  I proceeded to receive 8-10 more phonecalls from "Summer Bay Partnership" representatives, trying to sell me the same package that I purchased for even higher prices.
