this co. sold us a cruise package for 6 people then would'nt send me the confirmation #'s / info for the trip. they billed my credit card almost $1,600.00 they have only returned $49.00 & there customer service is very polite when it comes to taking your money, but when you call them to get info about the trip there clueless and give you the run around or leave you hold.
