Summer Nails REFUSED to Honor Gift Cards of 91 y/o lady Leominster Massachusetts
This business changed hands in Feb 2015, and my 91 y/old mom, a longterm customer, had 2 gift cards from Christmas. The number, address, fixtures were the same, and the new owner "kevin" aka Vesna Ea, said he bought it knowing about the outstanding gift cards.
My mom went in in April or early May to use her gift cards. The owner "kevin" refused to honor a GIFT CARDs issued to my 91 yr old mom for a manicure and pedicure, so she went someplace else. I called him about it for her, and complained. He said he KNEW there were outstanding gift cards he needed to honor when he bought the business. He pretended that my mom mis-understood his denial due to his language, but said he would honor it. She went a 2d time and he refused again. He pretends not to understand and keeps refusing to honor the gift cards. She's 91 and uses a cane to walk in there. What he's doing is running a scam and taking advantage of the elderly.Why patronize someone taking advantage of the elderly and vulnerable? They are awful folks and have apparently turned away many gift card holders.

Based on what was said by the poster/commenter, it does not seem like this person was posting to the RipOff report posted about Summer Nails not honoring gift cards when it was supposed to when it bought the business, but perhaps to some other situation. It reads like some personal argument about a tenancy and may relate to another report. The situation reported is about a customer of a nail salon, not a tenant ever. No idea what thats about.

Maybe accept the fact that you were no longer a renter and that gives this person a right to say what she has been holding back for the last 3 years. So YOU were no longer HER customer, so whatever she said she did so as a PRIVATE CITIZEN!!!! So YOUR claim of her being rude is just that YOU didn't like what SHE had to say. which in and of itself would have been just fine. But YOU took it even further by DEFAMING this persons business. YOU willingly took the time to write out your post even though this FELLOW CITIZEN had a 100% right to speak her mind on HER PROPERTY!!! One would think that as someone who understands the human mind that YOU would ALSO understand that SHE HAS RIGHTS!!!! Rights YOU are violating just by making this post. This site IS NOT FACEBOOK!!!!!! YOU should be ashamed for violating her constitutional rights as YOU have. SHE had EVERY RIGHT to speak HER MIND on HER PROPERTY!!! As it has been said.."While I disagree with what you have said, I will fight to the death to protect your right to say it". So WHO is REALLy the selfish and rude and disrespectful person in all of this.. THATS RIGHT!!! ITS YOU!!!!
