Yup, I have written two reports on here so far and I am sure this wont be the last. I am a chihuahua lover, and I have come across some of the most amazing wonderful caring breeders in the world and sadly I have come across some of the worst liars and scam artists around. As I always say I will be a good breeders dream and a bad breeders nightmare.
getting to Ms. Hernandez, this has got to be one of the worst breeders out there, ready for the list??
1.Lets see she sold me a 5 month old 11 ounce dog who had NO hair and was severly malnourished and hypoglycemic in her care.He was hypo on her atelast 3 times a week under the care of Ms. Hernandez, she states she could not get him to eat, funny I have him 3 months and he eats like a horse, he is now 1lb 8 ounces, my vets think he has hydrocpehalus, I pray he doesnt but he has the best life in the world.
2. She sold me his "half sister" who isnt even related to him, she bought his half sister at 4 weeks old from a Angie Chappell. So I was scammed into buying a dog that i thought were related to him, dna testing amongst the two sibilings is pending. As per resutls it will be either sued or disputed with my credit card.
3. She sold dogs to another customer who had
1. Congential liver disease
2. Spine injuries
3. Canine Herpes
4. Dog with a heart defect that caused the dog to die.
YES this all happened to ONE woman who bought numerous dogs from her!!!!!!!!!!!!!
4. She sold a dog to another woman , the dog had hydrocephalus and had to be put down.
5. She sold a dog to a girl and her aunt, their dogs have hydrocephalus, one died immediately after delivery of pneumonia and the other dogs have a few other issues I cant recall right now.
6. Another dog was sold to a woman , this dog had liver issues, angie claimed it was the diet, but what she doesnt understand is it is NOT the diet, it is a congential defect in her dogs causing this liver issue.
and my all time favrotie..........
7. The dog I own, that I mention in number one was sold to another girl, I was told when I inquired about this dog, that he was sold, but the buyer and seller mutually agreed it was not a good match and she backed out. Angie said she offered her money back or the choice of another dog.........
WELL>>>> I contacted the girl, this poor girl was told while driving from NY to SC the dog died from a liver shunt, now I had this dog over a MONTH at this point, can YOU believe that!! This poor girl drove hours upon hours to hear such devastating news!!!!!!!!! Turns out she did not even offer to refund her money at all, she made her buy another dog , then made her drive countless hours from upstate NY to LGA airport to pick the dog up, when the dog was big enough to fly on its own!!!!!!
I am SURE there will be more ripoff reports about me from either angie hernandez or gloria/lynda harris, KNOCK your self out ladies...
I want to make sure that I can help other buyers find the scammers before they attach themselves to a puppy..
These disgusting breeders dont care about their dogs, all they care about is the easy money they make off their dogs.
Proud to write this report and any others in the future.. I believe in honesty and truth, something that is close to impossible to come by these days!!!!!!
Like I said knock yourself out rebutting and trying to drag my name thru the mud, I will not reply nor care..
I think the good breeders and good buyers out there will see who is the victim and who is the bully..........

This comment is in response to what Jade and Julie have said about Angie. It is all totally false and I can not believe that they have the nerve to bring this up again after all this time. Angie does NOT sell sick dogs!! I have been to her home and have seen all of them and have purchased two of them myself. They were everything that was promised and more. Not only were they healthy but they are a joy to have. She deeply cares for all of her animals and gives them the best of care.
Angie has asked numerous times for vet statements and has not received any. You would think that if all of this were true that those statements would have been sent to her immediately! I know I would have.
Also Angie brings up a good point, what is a rescue operation doing buying dogs? They get their money from unsuspecting individuals and then turn around and start purchasing dogs. You want to talk about fraud.
Angie, I would go and talk to your lawyer again. I will always be here to testify in your behalf.

In our many conversations, Angie Hernandez represented "Ashlee" as a healthy Chihuahua puppy who would weigh 2lbs or less when grown. On November 19, 2004, when we arrived at the airport and peaked into her crate, we were horrified by her condition. She was emaciated, covered in diarrhea, and missing several patches of fur. Worst of all, she was gasping for air. We rushed her to the nearest emergency vet where she was diagnosed with pneumonia. More than $1,000 and just 24 hours later "Ashlee" died at the emergency clinic without ever experiencing the love and warmth of our home and family. Angie Hernandez refused to refund the purchase price nor did she "replace" her with another puppy.
The 5 other puppies we purchased were also each immediately examined by a veterinarian. Among the health conditions diagnosed were staff infections caused by urine burn, upper respiratory infections, pneumonia, hydrocephalus, an array of intestinal parasites, and orthopedic defects. In late 2007, one of the dogs developed neurologic disease and ultimately died. The four surviving dogs, who Ms. Hernandez promised would each weigh between 1.5 and 2.5lbs when grown are now each between 5 and 12.5lbs. The steroids used to treat the 12.5lb Chihuahua's hydrocephalus has caused him to be overweight. However, our veterinarian says 10lb would be a healthy weight for him.

I definitely know this is Kelly. The same day I gave her the information regarding Jodie's new yahoo id she comes here and posts this garbage. I told her I wanted no part in rip off report.com. As I had been told by my attorney silence is golden and in order to keep it on point (and subject), to not make it personal and that is what this is doing. Making it personal. I noticed Kelly put in there "I have a retail boutique". So as to try to throw things off.
It makes sense Kelly is posting here now because she claimed Angie is scared of Jodie. Kelly also knows I spoke to Angie and thus she is here posing as a retailer.
What bothers me about this entire thing is it seems people don't have the balls to just come out, state who they really are and have a fair go around (or fight). Instead you hide behind profiles, antagonizing the person who you say has ripped you off. Doesn't that make you just as guilty? I only recently posted on here because I was made aware that Jodie thought this Teresa was me and it is YOU posting under this fictitious name. Thus, the backlash started between Jodie and myself when we were keeping ours to a minimum and letting the companies involved handle the situation as they should be doing.
It reminds me of the emails you forwarded me between you and Jodie the night of the day we spoke via phone. Where you were telling her to go eat more twinkies, lose weight, and you were going to go cuddle up with your sexy husband. Again, if you were even a professional you would know to leave well enough alone and let the facts speak for themselves and handle the case. Not childish harrassment.
You are definitely a vicitim player, I will give you that Kelly. Now that I see what you have done I know you have no substantianted claims for your case. If you did, your so called high profile lawyer would have advised you to keep your mouth shut.

It makes me wonder if this person was a ward of the state or does she have any sort of decent up bringing?
I know she has screwed over several of my acquaintances and has the balls to turn around and slam them....what gives?
I'm sure she is going to figure out who I am based on my location but I have heard and read enough!!
I have a feeling "Joe Public" can do a little home work and put it in place for them selves.
I have a retail boutique and avoid this chick at all cost! While I do NOT know Angie personally I do have a very near and dear friend in Ca that does know her and has fought tooth and nail for Angie.
I have seen her dogs, held her dogs and they are great, happy social little beings.
If you research a little further into the Jodie O' Brian saga you will find a pattern, this has been going on for years with her and now that she knows her MOST RECENT "doggie clothing" theft victim has connect with a few of us in the rather small community of level headed people Jodie has gone off once again.
ALL of her emails have been archived and all of us have compared them and low and behold....it's the same story different sucker that fell for Jodies pitiful scams.

Jodie in fact called paypal and said she never received the puppy and I scammed her!
After my attorney got my money back from PayPal Jodie then filed a charge back with her credit card company.....
Jodie told the credit card company he weighed more thatn I said....
Jodie talked with the examining veterinarian and the vet. tech Jodie "hired" to hand deliver him to her.....
We all told her PRIOR to making the final paypal payment that he weighed .15 but he seemed much smaller......
Jodie was fine with it and booked both the vet tech's flight and lil' Don Juans.....
Once she received him Jodie called to say "she loves him soooo much".....
Hours later she was trying to extort money from me......
What makes her tick? Poor white trash? Is Jodie broke? What's the deal?
Undiagnosed, unmedicated bi-polar? I don't know but man has Jodie done this to a lot of people......
It's a hame PayPal doesn't shut her down? Don't they see a pattern?

The last date of communication on here was 1/17/07 filed by the loser author Jodie O'.
Just 11 days before that my attorney had the money from a tiny Chihuahua she tried to steal from me refunded in full.
Jodie O' then filed a charge back w/ her cc company and they took money from paypal. I am working with them on recovering it.
It is not a money issue with me, this is a matter of principle.
Jodie has done this to sooo many people. Good, caring people.

Who does this person think she is? She has attacked one of the nicest people I know. I have gotten two puppies from Angie and both have been healthy and happy little boys. I never even had so much as a hypoglycemia problem. Does this person even know what she is talking about?? I think not. Has this person ever been to Angie's house and seen her dogs or how they are treated? I think not. BUT I HAVE!
I flew all the way from the west coast to South Carolina to pick up my last puppy from her. She is one of the most caring people that I have ever met. All of her dogs were happy and healthy and trust me I saw all of them. Angie goes way above and beyond when it comes to her babies as well as her adults.
I highly recommend Angie as a breeder to anyone that is interested in purchasing a puppy from her. There is nothing but praise from me! I am there for you Angie and I know that there are many others as well.

I thought I had seen Jodie's name a few times and sure enough, there are 3 breeders now. I guess she has a house full of very sick dogs.
How sad you can be allowed to ruin people's businesses. If your dog was hydrocephulas (spelling) wouldn't it be determind to be true by testing? not just an educated guess by a vet. Arn't there some x-rays that can be done? why not do that before complaining. Have proof of illness.
As far as all these other customers you say are pissed off. WHERE ARE THEY? why haven't they come on here with their own story?
Quit buying dogs, if you cannot afford to do proper testing then quit buying the tiny little dogs who need that extra love and attention you clearly cannot give. I doubt that any vet can look at a dog and determine it has something that is internal without some sort of extra tests. Let see the reports, I am so tired of people being allowed to ruin other people's business without even showing actual reports or anything. This is so disturbing to the internet world.

I thought I had seen Jodie's name a few times and sure enough, there are 3 breeders now. I guess she has a house full of very sick dogs.
How sad you can be allowed to ruin people's businesses. If your dog was hydrocephulas (spelling) wouldn't it be determind to be true by testing? not just an educated guess by a vet. Arn't there some x-rays that can be done? why not do that before complaining. Have proof of illness.
As far as all these other customers you say are pissed off. WHERE ARE THEY? why haven't they come on here with their own story?

This is the last time, I will pay what you have to say any mind. Angie did good by sending me her dogs.7 are in pet homes spayed 10 are owned by me and my family members and we are going to breed with a spay and netuter contract only. I think SN's point was that if you bought 17 pups from ONE breeder in one year, how many litters is she having per year?
The average size of a chihuahua litter is 3-4 pups. You bought 17 in one year - that's approximately 5-6 Chi litters, just to produce the pups you bought. Even if every b***h had just one litter per year, she still has 5 full time breeding bitches. Considering that she probably has more than just you as a customer, I'd say there are probably a lot more than just 5 being bred. Another one of her customers has stated that they have bought 20 pups in 4 years, that's 5 pups a year. At what point do you stop and ask yourself, "wow, how is it that she ALWAYS has pups available when I want one?" There really is only one answer to that.
As for the one Alaskan breeder on Puppyfind, I'd take that with a grain of salt. I lived in Alaska for 30 years and showed dogs there. I KNOW there are other chi breeders there, you just have to be willing to wait to get one of their pups because they don't breed 5 to 6 litters a year.

I am curious as to why any breeder would sell any one person such a large number of dogs in such a short time span, whether it's one year or four years. There is no way she could keep track of her dogs, where they were going, whether or not they were being bred, etc. This fact alone would destroy any blood lines she claimed to have.

17 dogs all being sent to Alaska is not to many, look on puppyfind.com and look at Alaska, we have one breeder here. Members of my church have wanted me to bring up pups for them. Every pup I got from Angie has had no health problems. Alaska is a dog state, we love our dogs. Thank you. Theresa

I am a repeat customer of Angie Hernandez's. I've been dealing with her for 15 years and over these years I've purchased several puppies from her. Angie is a gracious lady and a reputable breeder. Her experience and knowledge is exemplary. I will deal with her again when it comes time for another pet. With the knowledge and trust I have in her as a breeder. With my faith in Angie I would deal with no one else. I've been more than satified with her.
I understand you can't satify all the people all the time but that is no excuse of some claimers to try an ruin someone reputation. SHAME ON YOU

I have two dogs with soft spots in their crowns. Most Vets will tell you that they have or will have hydrocephalus but this is not true! One of my sweet loves is 10 years old and one is 5 months old both are happy healthy. And the 10 year old still has her soft spot. The soft spot on my 5 month old is growing smaller. You have stated on the rip off report, that all these other people have problems with the dogs they have purchased from Mrs. Hernandez. What are you doing? Call everybody and trying to rally a benefit for yourself! Sounds like you are just trying to get something for nothing as you stated (Charge back on your credit card). Come on we all know about people like that. I guess this not your first time to do this according to your rip off report. It is sad you feel the need to put someone down just to benefit yourself (SHAME ON YOU)

If you look up my name on here, you will see a bogus report filed about me, first written by a Gloria/Lynda Harris of glo little angels, if you read her ripoff and see in the rebuttals lower down on the page she implies me as being "jill" i was not jill, if i have something to say I will not hide behind someones name, so check out the date where she implies it is me and then check out the date on the ripoff report written about me. Hmmmmm.. lets see can we put 2 and 2 together?? Then there is a rebuttal from one Ms Angie Hernandez, she acutally had a friend who write it for her, he claims he is a lawyer, the real clue he wrote it is the word libel, notice how he spells it liabel............ It was a mistake he wrote in a letter to another woman who wants to sue Angie Hernandez. Quite laughable, I will not even waste my time responding to such garbage.. Anyone who knows me, knows what type of person I am.
