Complaint Review: Summer Ventures LLC Aka American Website Solutions

i answered this company's add 11-20-2007. the last time i check the account there was no money there. i gave them approximately $1500.00. On the one hand they said "Now did i guarantee you that you would make money", and on the other hand they said that this was an opportunity to make a lot of money. I can see now that those statements are to protect themselves. However, such companies as that shouldn't be allowed to practice. It's not fair to the average consumer that merly wants to earn some supplemental income. is there any action at all that can be taken against this company to stop them, and is there any way to force them to refund me?
