their sales rep richard arone told me point blank they werent saling time shares but instead real property a percentage of stormy point village in way of a warranty deed but come to find out its just a time share......second he told me i can get a cruise for 299 a wk per cabin both statements not true they dont go by cabin only per person & nowhere near 299
