Complaint Review: summerbags.ru

I ordered a bag form summerbags.ru which I saw in an ad online, the bag was a look alike Coach bag, reasonably priced, $58.00 plus an additional $10.00 for shipping, I was told this via email upfront, so no problem there.

The bag took weeks longer then promised and was a totally different bag then what I ordered.  I emailed immediatley and said I was not satisfied and wanted to return the bag with a full refund.  After going back and forth via email for weeks,  they admitted they sent a different bag and  said it was too much trouble to return, told me it was a cute bag and just to keep it! No refund, I fought them on this for weeks and was told they would refund 30%, said it would take 2-8 weeks for a refund. It did not take 2-8 weeks for them to take my money.

Also there is no phone number to contact anyone. It has been three weeks, no refund yet....
