Complaint Review: Summerstone nursery

Summerstone nursery Did not send complete orders and what I did get was DEAD! I'm out $85 as they lied and said they would issue a refund over a month ago. They do not return email and their phone is always busy. I am disabled and on a fixed income...these people rip off handicap senior citizens. Morrison, Tennessee

Back in March I placed a few orders from Summetstone Nursery 's and was told the merchandise would be delivered in April. I ended up emailing several times before I received a response. I finally received a dead tree in May. I asked to cancel my other orders and issue me a refund. I was in shock with the tiny dead twig they had sent. It was supposed to be 5ft. I am a disabled widow and I figured it would cheer me up to plant some beautiful trees and shrubs. Boy was I in for a rude awakening. Nothing like they show in the pictures online.  Well I never got any more merchandise or a refund which they said they would return. $85.00. I am on a fixed income and I sure could of used my money to buy food or pay bills. This is a very crooked company that rips people off. I am so disappointed and out $85. I tried to call several times to speak to a human, but the line is always busy. I hope something gets done and shuts this company down. Thank You.

 I am in the same situation as you. File fraud with your credit card File postal fraud with the post office @ Postalinspectors.uspis.gov File fraud with Tennessee's division of consumer affairs (615) 741-4737. These people are running a scam and need to be prosicuted.
