Summerstone Nursery Ridiculous return policies Morrison Tennessee
I ordered 2 Cherokee Chief Dogwood trees, one in 2014 and the second in spring of 2015. The first tree died before it even put out a leaf. The second one put out leaves after 2 months in the ground and died 4 weeks latter.
I did not ask for a refund because I would have had to return the dead plants to the nursery. I know of no other nursery that requests that you send a dead plant through the mail back to them. Besides I just lost good money on ordering the plant and now I have to spend more to return it. Seems a little silly to me.
I wish I had investigated this company a little better before I ever ordered fing rom them. Their reviews are not very encouraging.
