Attn: All Contractors and Sub-Contractors contacted by SummerTrees HOA in Port Orange, Florida BEWARE. I had the misfortune to work for this organization some time back. Association would not pay on time and after warranty expired they did not contact us properly instead posted inaccurate complaints on this web site. They are out to falsely attempt to damage your reputation without notice and their communication skills or lack of are poor at best. Be careful who you deal with as this association will not identify who truely is in charge and you have to jump thru hoops to do so.
