Came across the car sale add in Auto Trader and Car Gurus for 2012 BMW 750 i listed @ $37,450.Sent contact request trough the web/ Few days later got e mail from  Summit Autogroup Inc and person listed as  Jay Van Essen .

Replied asking for details on the vehicle . Got reply next day. Requested CAR FAX. Got quite legitimate looking CAR FAX report. Then got phone call from prson introducing self as Jay Van Essen . Asked him few more questions and he wasnt sure of tyhe answers for example the waranty expiry date. Sent him repeditive e mails and two days later(today Feb 21 2014) got e mail saying that waranty expires in June 2015. For the vehicle like 2012 BMW 750 i waranty should be 5 years

Also on the CAR FAX report Summit Autogroup is showing South Dakota Title number. When called SD MVD they have statted that NO SUCH title was issued. Called 3 other car dealership's in TEA SD. One of them said he knew who Jan Van Essen was and he offered the phone number for Jan Van Essen bussines partner Jessie 605 359 3677.Called that number several times , left msg and no reply.

Called Export Motorcars Houston dealred that shows on Car Fax provided by Jan Van Essen as dealer who sold the BMW and have been told by sales manages(used cars) that they never sold any vehicle to Summit Autogroup or Jan Van Essen .

Further to that they confirmed that 2012 BMW 750 Lix is till in Houston

So this is a SCAMM 100 % .

I have also received a call back from Jessie who confirmed that Jay Van Essen is real persson and now working at Billion Motors  tel 605 334 2020 . I have called Billion Motors and spoken with Manager Mr Todd Jacobson who has confirmed that My Jan Van Essen is working at his dealership.Just got call from Mr Jan Van Essen that now works at Billion dealership and he said that he used to have that bussines and it closed 5 months ago and he sounded shocked that someone is using his name and his ex web site for criminal activities. I have provided him with web sites where he can see all teh details.

So folks, Summit Autogroup does not exist , that is for sure .  Watch out for thiefs .
