Complaint Review: Summit Broadband Orlando FL

For the past four months Summit Broadband has allowed a phone line to be laid above the ground on my property despite several calls to bury the line. Finally on 7 FEB 2015 A tech showed up at the house and was not able to bury the phone line...... " that is done by someone else" he said. Despite the fact that when the appointment was scheduled last week we specifically told the service representative the the phone line must be buried, and pass under a sidewalk to reach the house. 

I have been without phone service for 4 months! The lawn maintenance personnel must move the line weekly to cut the yard and the line is a safety hazard to anyone walking thru the yard or down our sidewalk!

Summit Broadband obviously does not care about their reputation and is incapable of providing satisfactory service !
