There has been a constant issue with pixelating, loss of signal, sound distortion, off air with no reception. You can only report it to a service represenative that can only push a button to try to resolve issue. No technical support to be able to speak with. The latest issue is as soon as the temperature drops in to the 60 degree range the stations start pixelating and finally lose visual and sound. "station is temporairly off air, please try back later" By the time they are sending a repairman it is back to operating normal. It has to be an outside issue as the internal temperature inside the dwelling remains constant.
