Subscribed to Summit Broadband package of telephone landline, cable tv and internet. We returned home from being away for 5 weeks and we were getting sporadic internet, dropped phone calls and scrambled tv. Called them on 9/13/2016 to report the issues and were told they could not come out before 9/22/2016. this was at least 9 days without dependable phone or internet and tv. Even talked with Oscar in management who said they would "try" to get someone out sooner but they never did. In calling Summit to get a credit on my bill, I am told that the request will have to be reviewed and it will take at least 72 business hours for a reply.  Regarding a bill each month, they charge you $3.50 to send you one. So I opted to receive a bill by e-mail. Have not rcvd. one in months and I am having trouble having them send one to me. 

Our community is subscribed to Summit and locked in for 10 years to provide these services to all 749 homes. Many of these residents are having the same problems. We are a retirement community and there are quite a few of the residents relying on the land line as their main way of communication including emergencies. 

Summit does not have the means to provide good service to any community. They should be stopped from signing up other communities/residences.
