Long story short took 3,000 dollars in jan 2011 for a loan mod and it is now aug 2011 with no mod. All phone numbers are no longer valid

Was wondering if anybody has new info on these scumbags,I got kinda busy with life and saving my house I didnt keep up with this but still very pissed I got ripped off

A couple of things. If you have not done so already, complain to the Florida Attorney General's Office. The contacgt person is Terry Crossen and he can be reached at 561-837-5000 ext. 124. Terry works with Carol DeGraffenreidt, and they have effectively closed down the crooks and issued a cease and desist order against the parties named in the various complaints.
I am not sure about the class action lawsuit. The phone number shown in this complaint thread appears to be a dead end.
Victims are speaking with each other.
Generally they do not allow email addresses to be shown on this site.
