Complaint Review: Summit Merchant Solutions - Amy Wargenheim

amy worgenheim representing summit merchant solutions called on me cold turkey
in the month of February 2009. she came in saying can save you 100s a year to sign with our company.

She assured me she would take care of canceling my old provider/ first american payment systems, stating they are in the same office in Texas. She neglected to tell me of any fees to cancel, of the 95.00 annual fee, and that if I cancel another 500 fee would apply. I called summit to receive the reply that they cannot cancel another provider, that I signed for the fees and penalties, and they were sorry I misunderstood Amy.


I am now closing my bank account out and getting a new provider, under the threat of reprisal from the supervisor with which I spoke at summit and 1st american payment...

both companies operate out of the same address in ft worth....Maybe a dummy address who knows... such a crime this is and should be referred to the
Attorney General...
