Unqualified and Unprofessional. I would not let this company move plastic lawn furniture locally-forget a long distance move! If you hire this company to move your household goods, make sure you also have a dumpster delivered to put your damaged items in. They put the stress in moving!
According to them everything you own is scratched and damaged before they get to it....they are a joke. Your items will either be damaged or missing..pick your poison. My 4 year old could pack better than they did and forget about them unpacking...that is when they act like a 13 year old.
Think twice about hiring this company...especially for a long distance move. If you treasure your household items, do not let this company touch them. They are understaffed and do not care about your belongings. They even opened up the boxes at the warehouse and helped themselves to whatever they wanted! Life is too short to have to deal with this so called moving company. Do yourself a favor and do not hire them.....I wish we would have hired someone else! Consider yourself warned....do not hire them!
