DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

I bought a policy in January and paid $2050. I realized I was getting ripped off and switched to AAA who gave me more coverage for $1100. Sumner said they would shop around for me to get the best rate but obviously they didn't. I canceled my insurance after one month and was shocked to receive a check of $1138 in the mail. I know car insurance doesn't cost $900 a month. Are you kidding me? After going back through the documents that they rushed me through I realized that they had hidden $756 in broker fees. They never told me about these fees when they were explaining the contract and i know that if I saw these fees I would have never bought the policy through them. Looking back I realize that I should not have told the agent how much I was planning to spend on insurance. He obviously found the cheapest policy and jacked the price up to my number. I understand they do have some costs but how much does it really cost to broker car insurance? Definitely not $756. I called them and they put me on hold for half an hour, when I finally got connected they would not refund any of the money. I tried to ask what exactly was the cost breakdown and they could not tell me. This has been the worst experience I've ever had with a business in my entire life. I'm a college kid trying to get an education and they took my money and ran with it. I hope that no one else buys car insurance through this company
