Trey Taylor is a crooked attorney at law taking advantage of hard working people. Trey Taylor charged me $500.00 just for a title search on my property without a formal title search report. I know now the going rate for title search and title report on property is $200.00. All Trey Taylor gave me is a stack of papers and charged me $500.00 for property title search. I advise people to never use Trey Taylor at Sumner & Taylor,LLP in Dublin, Ga. 31021 because he is dishonest and will take advantage of you. This is bad business at Sumner & Taylor, LLP in Dublin, Ga.

This client has not been truthful in making this report against me.

The client presented at my office worried about the chain of titile to her property.  I told her I would have a title search performed and that I would investigate the report and draft a letter stating my opinion.  The morning I received the titile work back from my abstractor, the client showed up at my office (after calling multiple times) and demanded that I turn over the work I had done so far.  I had spent the better part of the morning working on her case, but had no yet had the time to reduce my opinions to writing. The client was not willing to wait any longer and demanded whatever paperwork I had thus far, which I promptly gave to her.

To be clear....

Priot to beginning any work on this case, the client and I agreed to the scope of my work in writing (as I do with every client). She did not allow me to perform the work she hired me to do.  She demanded her "titile search" paperwork, whch I provided to her.  I cannot refund her money simply because she changed her mind and was not willing to allow me to perform my duties under our contract.
