I, Leon, am claiming a complaint against Sun City Autos. They sold me a 99 GMC Suburban fraudulantly. They knew this vehicle was sold for scrap metal.

The bank, Johnsonville State Bank, that financed me is owned by the guy that owns Sun City father. This happened tot me before a Sun City. First, I brought a 94 BMW. They told me the car was in excellent condition. Lately, I found out that this car had used motor put in it.

They gave me a new vehicle. The vehicle in questioned. I got this vehicle in Dec 04. Since I obtained this truck, I had to put it in the shop for months. When I finally got it out, I found it was never registered to me in the State of South Carolina. The tags I had transferred from the BMW was fraudulant.

The truck's transmission recently went in it. I spoke with both Sun City and Johnsonville State Bank. They told me not to make any more payments and they would repair it for me. After the repairs are done, I can then resume payments.

The bank's president took sick and a new manager, Randy Carter, took over. He was not aware of it. I told them about it. He said it was all a lie. I told them to come and get it. They picked it up a Garris Transmission in Scranton, SC.

In closing, Sun City Autos and Johnsonville State Bank were in business and sold me this 99 GMC Suburban without any explanantions. To my knowledge the car was in excellent condition.
