Complaint Review: Sun Home Power

Paul Meier has a good product.  Most of the stuff can be found for free online or on you tube videos but the product is solid.  The problem is that Mr Meier doesn't understand the meaning of NET INCOME - so dig deeper.

Further he is unwilling to provide documentation (other than extensive screen shots) for due diligence.  He won't allow the bank or merchant company to be verified nor establish that he actually owns the company.

This is especially significant given that the ostensible reason for the sale is a divorce.  Is his spouse does not sign off on this sale you may be setting yourself up for a suit when she finds out that Mr Meier sold the business w/o her permission.

Keeping an eye open for the rest of us.
