Complaint Review: Sun Life Financial

I experienced bullying, harrassmnet about age, and sexual references.  Brought this information to Management, for help.  Instead received intimidating letters from Corporate Lawyers, more bullying. 

The Occupational Health and Safety Act, describes clearly, that an Independent Contractor, is considered an employee under the ACT, and SLF either doesn't seem to know this (strange for such a large company) or made an intimidating statement using trickery, ignorance, or plain old lies.

I understand SLF also tries similar tactics in settling claims from Policy Holders.  Shame, shame, shame on SLF, particularly as their TV ads are all about their core values, directed particularly at the Seniors' (Zoomer) market.  There may be "something rotten in Denmark".
