Complaint Review: Sun Workie World Jenna And Bride

I replied to an ad I saw online for Yorkie puppies. They contacted me and I was told me to check out their puppies at http://sunyorkieworld.gotshopsonline.com/ to select the puppy I wanted. They assured me that the price quoted included shipping, a full pedigree, papers, health records, puppy kit, up to date shots and deworming.

They told me for security reasons I had to pay by Western Union so I could get a security password and only give it to them to collect the money once I received the puppy. It all seemed very secure and they were so up front with everything. So I went ahead and did it. The puppy was supposed to be shipped to me from the Bahamas on Sunday morning at 7:00 AM and be delivered to my house by 10:00 AM.

I received an email from Jenna and Bride on Sunday at 8:30 explaining that the insurance carrier is requiring an additional $338 for the puppies "life insurance". I got very suspicious and emailed them immediately asking all sorts of questions. I then called Western Union to verify my payment had not been picked up, but it had already been picked up at 6:30 that morning. So, immediately I knew they were a scam. I called them on the phone and gave them one last chance. I asked for the name and number of the insurance carrier and I would contact them directly to arrange payment, but they refused to give it out.

I then asked for a refund. They promised to send a refund to me by Western Union and send me the confirmation by Monday at 8:00 am. It has been two days and they will not return my calls or emails. Not to mention they never explained how they got the Western Union payment without the password. Please beware. I got my hopes up and was very disappointed. Do Not buy from Sun Yorkie World!
