I made the mistake of signing up for monthly billing for myself and my daughters. We tanned on and off since 2003, so the billing amount was different at times. I really did not tan often at all but kept it going because it wasn't a lot of money. $10 a month
Last week they charged my debit card $617--Talked to Jason at the store and was told to contact the billing dept. After several calls I am told that they had miss charged me since 2003 and were now charging me the difference.
I asked for the owners name and number and was told they were not allowed to give out that information. I found his name on this site and have left many messages on cell phones, answering machines, and with the Sunbury Rd manager Jason, but no reponse.
I have filed a report with the BBB, Attorney General, and your site. Hopefully this can be resolved I don't have the money. Avoid SUN YOUR BUNS at all costs. Tell everyone you know!!

Just dispute the charge. If that doesn't work, sue them in small claims court. This is a slam-dunk. Unless you have a signed contract somewhere that states that you were supposed to be paying more money than they were charging.
