Suncast Corporation Failure To Support Consumer Batavia Illinois
I purchased 2 buildings from Suncast. On July 23rd we encountered a storm and the building roofs came apart in the wind then the sides of the buildings flew apart. The wind speeds were not of significant force and this should not have happened.
I complained to the Company and they want me to buy replacement parts rather than cover my insurance deductable for a weak product.
Buyer beware that Suncast sheds will fly apart in a mild wind storm despite following all procedures. Do not spend money on a concrete foundation only to have the shed fly apart in the slightest wind. Beware the Suncast Storage Sheds and Storage buildings.
