4/2009 I spoke with State of Florida, Attorney General's Office, Eric Tilton, and was told: "nothing has been filed yet but I feel sure we are going to press charges" and "there has not been a 'Class Action' suit filed yet."

If you get any literature to attend a Seminar, in any state, regarding a Travel Club of any kind, do not get involved. This company changes their name almost quarterly. They offer FREE incentives to come, like a 3-day mini vacation. Many of their mailings have a ship on the front (usually a Carnival ship) which leads you to believe they are reputable.

They do not have listings of available cruises, condos, etc. until the last minute. You have to fill out a form to get a booking, they sit on it for months until you finally call them to find out what's up, then they tell you the properties have not been "released" yet. If and when you get a booking it's usually sub-standard unless you pay more to upgrade. They don't even have available condos/rooms in many tourist areas.

They are rude, pass the buck, and are full of exceptional training on how to put you off, beat around the bush, avoid addressing your unhappiness, then threaten you.
