We received a post card fro SUNCOAST TRAVEL who's address on the card was Box No. 204-257, 3665 East Bay Drive, Largo, FL. (MUST BE A MAIL DROP).

We knew it had to be a time share sales pitch or scam but we went for the laughs.

We made the appointment for April 4, 2007 and were told it would take about 90 minutes. The address was in Hudson at a strip mall and looked like a fly-by-night operation, very little decor and rented furniture. Actually it took about 2 hours from
our "appointment" 'til we walked out the door. We watched a slide show and then they assigned each couple to a high pressure salesperson.

After it was over and we told them we did not want what they were offering for the 10th time, we got our info on how to get the "FREE" cruise. We were told to "Fill it out", "Mail it in" and "Wait...6 to 8 weeks". That was April 4, 2007, we got the details on how to "CLAIM" our "FREE" cruise today June 26, 2007 only after emailing and calling to complain I had not received anything.

The agency we received the "Voucher" from was PTS Travel, 4802 Gunn Hwy Suite 158, Tampa, Fl 33624.

Here's the bottom line, pay a $4.95 "PROCESSING FEE", then pay a $50 "REGISTRATION" fee (btw it's non-refundable), and pay "$249.00 per person port charges, government taxes and AGENCY PROCESSING FEE".

We just took a 5 day Carnival Cruise out of Port Canaveral for a total price of $249pp, why would I pay $54.95 for processing???? What a joke!

Look online and find deals as low as $200 on short cruises out of FL.
