I too was taken by the sham of "Suncoast Vacations" and didn't realize it until "Global Vacation network" came along and tried to get us into their scheme. We checked it out (Global) on Ripoffreport and found out that they were also a scam. I have tried to call their phone (Suncoast) quite a few times where I got absolutely no response from voice mails or emails I left and tried to book a vacation where I was never responded to also.

I received a phone call from them 2 weeks ago asking me for the yearly "maintenence" fee of $250.00.
I responded with the fact that they never returned calls or emails and would like my money back. That was when I was told I could send a requrest in writing to hold off 1 year maintenance fee and then could go back on the plan then but that they would not refund my money.
The maintenence fee is supposed to be mailed to:
"Capital Financial
13575 58th St North suite 115

I see by some of your ripoff reports that they have quite a few addresses.I joined in December 2007 and have not had any vacation. I also must say thast I didn't pay the full amount, they allowed me to buy a "Smaller package" which only gave me half of what the regular package cost. I should have realized there was something wrong right at that point.
