I have been a victim of the AT&T/Cingular/Suncom merger.

First let me say I have 4 cell lines, 2 with Verizon, now 2 with Suncom. I had been a At&t customer for years and very happy. Then lo and behold I was thrown to Suncom. This has to be the worst cell phone provider there is. First I spent a total of 2 1/2 hours on the phone over 3 days trying to get my phones set up. I feel like Harry should send me flowers after listening to him for so long. Then my text messaging was still messed up, 1 phone could not send, the other would not receive. I finally get that straightened out to find out the coverage is terrible! I can barely receive or make calls out of Charlotte.

In SC, you get forget it, even at Myrtle Beach SC. My phone is constantly out of area. I have found out through calling Suncom, that customer service is at best rude. I was told since I was so unhappy with service, they would credit me 20% off my bill BUT I had to agree to extend contract a extra year. Yes, they must think I am a idiot. When I asked "Patrice" why would I do that if the service was unacceptable to begin with, I was told.."well, we can't help you"...NO JOKE! I am going to complain to everyone I can find. I was not supposed to see any difference in quality of service but I have found Suncon very lacking in any type of service at all. WE HAVE BEEN SUCKERED!
