Sundance Vacations, Tri-State Financial and Travel Advantage Network are all the same company!

I have tried countless times to speak to them about cancelling my membership and requested a refund but they keep refusing to speak to me. They insist on phone calls in order to pressure customers into refusing to cancel their memberships. I continue to ask to communicate via writing but claim I am the one refusing to speak to them. Written communication is still a form of communication in the safest and most reliable way.

Their contract states that I did not have a right to cancel my contract but the truth is I had a Right of Rescission the  moment I signed that contract. Also they told me that there wouldnt be any hidden fees and the payment withdrawals would be consistent. However I found my withdrawals from my account being taken out sporadically.

They continue to harass me about making my payments to a lender that is not only unaccrdited but that they created themselves! They also have sent me a false letter stating that my "loan" was sent to a collector.

The internet is full of information on their false practices. I only want a membership cancellation and a full refund from them. That refund is not just my own money but it also belongs to my loved ones who helped me with the "payments" I owed them.

Please provide support not only for myself but for my family as well.
