Complaint Review: SUNDAY/EVERYDAY TRAFFIC SCHOOL-E1781 ( 1828 )

This is a very interesting matter...

I am the owner of Sunday and Every Day Traffic School. My background includes previous work as a staff sergeant in the air force, a degree and work as a civil engineer, and I have operated numerous businesses over the past 40 years. Sunday and Every Day Traffic school has been in business for over 5 years and has handled over 8,000 students so far. Mr. Rudy Gilbert Murillo (who had no physical address) seemed to be afflicted with an unusual amount of anger and agitation bordering on rage for no apparent reason other than simply him having received a traffic ticket. I was initially concerned about the safety of my instructor and the other students in the class. I had attempted several times over the twenty or so minutes that I was present in the beginning of the class where my instructor Maria was teaching this class in Spanish. I and Maria had repeated several times to assure Mr. Murillo that as per the new procedures with the DMV, traffic schools no longer issue certifications in hardcopy to students. Certifications are now submitted by the instructors on the DMV website and registered with the courts electronically. Therefore, it was not necessary for Mr. Murillo to receive a physical certificate at the completion of the class, but that it would be submitted directly to the court for their verification. The only reason I had left the class in Maria's hands under these circumstances was that Maria had assured me that she could handle the situation with this man, and that I should not worry. The simple fact of the matter is that Mr. Murilo had received the required instruction; he also had his certification of successful completion of the class submitted to the DMV and the Superior Court of California on the very same day after the class was completed. Evidence of this fact is as follows:

Therefore, as any thinking person can see, Mr. Murillo has absolutely no basis in fact to substantiate this complaint. And I would easily win in any case brought before a judge that Mr. Murilo could ever bring to bear against my school in this matter.

Footnote: As an example to demonstrate the disturbed nature of the complainant’s thinking, Mr. Murilo had in fact filled out a standard DMV Form # OL767, 'Traffic School Violator Course Evaluation' which is required of all students to evaluate the School and the Instructors for submittal to the DMV. In his evaluation of Sunday and Every Day Traffic School, Mr. Murilo had given the school a perfect evaluation (All '10's' out of a scale from 1 to 10, and all 'yes's' to the questions asked about how well the school performed it’s duties). And, anyone reading this may check the validity of these facts and records directly with the DMV using the referenced numbers above.

P.S., I, and my instructor, Maria, would be happy to accept Mr. Murilo’s letter of apology.

Most recently while hearing the honorable ; A.M.640 radio show ,its when knowledge came to light pertaining to ; Excessive bail for parking tickets. Involved are two lawyers sueing parking enforcement . Standing on the Eighth Amendment . http://www.slapec.org http://www.laweekly.com/2013-08-22/news /los -angeles parking. Even this issue has been addressed by the : Honorable : Justice Thomas. This is according to one of the lawyers suing.As indicated ,my friend most recently paid the out rages price of ; $292.00 for the honest mistake of fact of not seeing a sign with no red lights ,no red dots,no contrast.He paid the excessive bail. Its almost like ;( Double Jepordy ).Here we pay the excessive bail. Then we still must go to trafic school additional fines and penalties.Or it could mean we lose points on our driving record. The question was :Why not fight you're ticket .How can the average person win ,when the elected judge will side with the officer? For this reason there are so many trafic schools.They thrive off of the accused alegations . So is it trure police officers must have their qouta? Yes .How can they lose with the elected judge on you're side ?

Now here is a case where : Sunday And Every Day Trafic School is on the ,Fulerton Superior Court list. My friend found it very strange and unusual behavior. When the class started there was a few moments that past,however ; Near the begaining : Maria decided to ask those that attended the class for the money. She was the instructor on this day. Normally procedure is to get paid at the end of the class. After giving the students their certificate of completion and the receipt. Also my friend found it strange and unusual that there was a male white adult that was observed following behind him when he arrived. Then he sat briefly to the right of my friend . On March 6,2014. Was this a plain clothes cop ? Or is it the body guard with a concealed weapons permit ?

It was on Thursady the 6th of March my friend followed up after trafic school.Why because its always good to follow up.Such as when we have contractor do work for us. Also; When we have a mechanic work on the car. Or when we apply for a job. My friend indicated that he went to the Superior Court.Window #8 ,Mr. Son Dao , wanted to see a ; ( certificate of completion ). A.K.A Ed .was called .A.K.A. Ed .stated he would take care of this on Friday.This would be ;The 7th of March 2014. Friday came around.This was now the 7th of March 2014.

My friend checked under status, on the web site.This is what it read : Trafic school.This means that : A.K.A Ed did not do anything. It should have said closed. It was on Friday the 7th of March 2014 ,that A.K.A Ed.Over the phone stated to my friend ,:Come by the office in Mission Viejo ,and I will give you some notes ,this might help you". Now notes is not what was paid for.Did ; A.K.A. Ed.have some type of alterior motive and intent ? Like perhaps getting my friend arrested under false pretences ? how could he lose if the male white adult that followed my friend into the class on March 6,2014 is a plain clothes cop. Or a body guard carrying a possible concealed weapon ? He was not a student. He was not observed paying any money on that day.Also; observed getting up and leaving the class.So why a plain clothes cop if this is the case or a body guard if this is the case.

Question: Is on March 6,2014 what and who did , A.K.A Ed. Speak with on his office or cell phone ? What will investigators find in regards to he spoke with on that day.With a good reverse phone look up ? If the F.B.I. does investigate ? Would it be some enitity with power ,money and influence ? Also; Was it that party if conversation was over the phone if this took place ,a request for ; A.K.A. Ed. to be bipartisan in the treatment of a customer /consumer ? By not providing that customer a :( certificate of completion )? According to : A.K.A. Ed. he informed my friend those days are over ,where a student go's to trafic school and obtains a certificate of completion. He continued: The law has changed.The question is what law ? The California Vehicle Code ? The California Education Code ? The California Penal Code? The California Business And Professions Code?  The Building Code?The California Evidence Code ? The California Government Code ? Which code states for all trafic schools in California to ask for $60.00 dolars up front at the very or near the start of class. Then have Maria sign you're name on the the receipt . Is'nt this forgery to some extent.

California Penal Code:470-483.5  ??? Also ; In California Labor Code: 6300 if we keep looking under Health & Safety ,( No Employee is required to do anything unsafe or illegal . So If Maria ,has a instructor's license to teach trafic school,why is she signing customer's names ? Customers are suppose to sign their own name ? Plus all payments for a trafic school should be made at the end of the class. The school should provide all students the certificate of completion and the receipt they sign for. Will ; A.K.A. Ed volunteer for the : ( Trinity Of Truth ) ? ( 1) http://www.no.lie.m.r.i.com  ( 2) California Evidence Code:801.70 ( 3) California Evidence Code ,Section:795 .With the following prerequisites: Bare footed so he can't put thumb tacks , blood and urine test . Plus : Volunteer in writing to be filmed in real time for the above admisable tests . So mass millions can watch to inquire his truth and honesty ? Or will he hide behind his lawyer and the 5th Amendment ???

Note :" We can't bark with the dogs if sit on the porch with the pups." Note: California Evidence Code :801.70 ,is the lie truth serum or sodium pentathal. Its great ,based on body weight. Section :795 ,of the California Evidence Code: This is hypnosis. Or hypnotised by a California licensed hypnotist. Note: If ( A.K.A. Ed.refuses this will show :( Reasonable Doubt ).The staff he has had on the payroll should not mind volunteering for the :( Trinity Of Truth ) as well. The first question: (1) On March 6,2014 ," Did you or any staff of , Sunday and Everyday Trafic School , get a phone call or in person meet any entity or person of money power and influence to show bipartisan behavior to any of the customers / consumers that were asked to pay the ,$60.00 that ,Thursady March 6,2014. Next Question (2 ) Have you ever lied,mislead,false advertised to any consumer or customer ? (3) Have you made promises to any high city official or entity or government official or any party that works or is affiliated with the court system ? Will you entire working staff volunteer for the ; ( Trinity Of Truth ). Would you mind if the ; ( F.B.I. ) does a complete investigation ?Next question : Would you mind if ; You and you're staff had a one and one private interview with :( 20/20 for T.V.real time news ). Or ; ( 60 minutes ) ? The Bible says to trust no man ,he will fail you.Only trust in God,who will never fail us. The Bible says: What is done in darkness ,will be brought to the light. Open rebuke is better then hidden love.( Those that rise decetfully will live to see their own demise ).Jesus said," Treat people like we want to be treated ".Plus: Let us never forget the facts: There is two sides to the story then the truth. Or ten sides to a dollar bill. Meaning when we look at a situation view it from all angles. Then weigh the evidence.

In response to those of us that did'nt do too good in history. This is a response to help her under stand . The Eighth Amendment ,excessive bail shall not be required ,nor excessive fines imposed,nor cruel and unusal punishments inflicted. Ratified in ; 1791. The Eighth Amendment has ,3 provisions : The excessive fines clause : Limits the amount that a state and federal government may fine a person for a particular crime. Now days ; The state of California is in a water problem crisis .Plus : Taxes are going up. Every city is thriving on money makers . One is out rages penalties or bail amount fees .

When given a citation or a ticket. Example : $1000.00 for spiting or sun flower seeds to ground.Littering. Next : $440.00 ,unintetioned drove past the line :$500.00. Driving : Through the yellow light : $500.00.Yet the light was green when you were driving ? Driving over a imaginary line.That was very hard to see. You're children needed to use the bathroom ,it was raining very hard. The visability was not too good. So the officer gives you a ticket. The price for driving over the imaginary island painted on the ground with paint not very good and up dated :$ 500.00. A ticket for you're child not wearing a seat belt .$100.00 to perhaps $400.00 . You put it on the child but he or she took it off. Parking at a pay light pole that requires money to be put in. You put money in.Yet you were delayed in getting back to the car. Why the customer you make deliverys to had a question about the invoice. When you get back to you're car. It has a parking citation for being :( one minute past the meter parking ). Where is the honor and respect for the ;( Eighth Amendment ) ? I hope this information helps those that did'nt do to good in history .

So on top of excessive bail fees for citations now we have ; Those that profit off of those perhaps subject to entrapment . These companies call them selves : ( Trafic schools ). Can you imagine : All the classes and perhaps wheeling and dealing that perhaps might go on prior to getting on the list . To be on the list of a certain county or court . Is there any hidden from the public ,hanky panky ? I got you're back now I need you to get mine ? Is there any favor for a favor? Where is the :( open disclosure ) ? Where is the transparancy ? Did some forget about the : Public records act ? Did some forget about the Freedom of Information Act ? Did some forget about the :Right To Know Act ? Should'nt all students that attend : Sunday and Everyday Trafic School ,know ; A.K.A Ed's first ,middle and last name ? Should'nt there be a biography on him ? To also include all his staff ? If not ,can we honestly say this is : Silence of an entity ,based on time of discovery ? California Government Codes: 911.23 and 911.64 ??? 

 If the subject that expressed their intiligence ,pertaining to writing a rebutal. It is very clear . However ; They perhaps could be afilated to : Sunday Every Day Traffic School. So as a good friend of the victim it does appear ,when scamed out of money : Where one resides is irelavant .It was the honorable : Winston Church Hill ,that said,"The price of greatness is responsibility". So it sounds ,as though this was accomplished . He or she paid the ticket . The beacause car insurance rates ,going up yearly ,its logical to keep points off. In addition : The facts are only important.If you were not there and I was'nt there ,how can we determine what some one else experienced ? Fact all of California the entire state is in a deficit ,not a surplus.

So the city council ,the mayor may use city police to obtain or give out tickets .This brings in revenue. Do police some times lie ,to make a quota ? Answer is yes. Why ,because the elected judge will normally side all the time with a police officer. For this reason : We have trafic school. So if a trafic school is on the list allowed by a Superior Court ,they should provide the class.Then with out excuse ,provide what the student paid for: Not excuses,not notes.the certificate of completion. Simple. At this point the infration is closed. So those who misbehave ,know the only one above the law is : God. All humans below God get the opportunity to see His word come true when we behave out side his word .

Example : City of Bell .Exposed. Enron. Exposed. We have the : Better Business Bureau. They will nicely ask for the business to do the correct .If the company refuses . Their wrong act will be posted for approximately three years. They in the company will then change the company name . However : News reporters always need a good story. So the wrong thing to do ,is what ? For all companies to treat people like we want to be treated. To change focus off the subject is very obvious : This is the oldest liar or lawyer trick in the book: ( Black's Law Dictionary ). The : ( Shifting Technique ). Maybe : This A.K.A Ed is on the take ? Maybe he owes a favor to some big wig or city official . We have many people that would easily do any thing for money.

However; If this ; A.K.A. Ed . Has a student pays his school.Then give the student the certificate of completion. Where some one lives is irelavant. What is logical is to always follow up. To drive to the Fullerton Court to inquire if the case is closed. This is very logical. The Bible says don't trust in man ,he will fail you. If the other subject that shared his or her intel,would read : The citation does not sound like it occured in : Fullerton. She or he is perhaps an employee of : ( Sunday and Everyday Trafic School ). However : If A.K.A. Ed. Does this too often he may or could be in the news . The question is : How deep does it get.We hope it does'nt get too deep. Then Hollywood will now have a new movie. Corruption In The Court System .

 If you always try to drive defensively how come you have been to traffic school before?

You describe the ticket you got as one you shouldn't have gotten because of improper signage.  If that is the case..why did you pay the fine?  How come you didn't fight it?

I am also wondering why if you got the ticket around Fullerton, live in Cypruss did you choose to go to a Traffic School in South Orange County?  Wasn't there a single Traffic School closer?

What did the instructor say when they asked you to stay?  Why according to you was it an "unkown" question.  You did ask why...right?

I am also very interesting how you spent an entire day in Traffic School, and was then able to make it from Mission Viejo to Fullerton by 4PM the same day?  Why would you be in such a rush to get back the same day?

Oh and I guess my Constitutional knowelge is a bit off.  I couldn't find any thing about excessive fees.  So could you please help me and relate your claim to how the traffic school is a "fine" and what is happening to you "cruel and unusual punishment".  Because I would bet there are thousands of other violators who would love to hear your wisdom.
