Purchased their watermelon juice product from the local grocery store. It was foul tasting and apparently close to being rotten or expired. It tasted like rotten fruit. I wrote the company to tell them about this and asked for a refunded of the purchase price of my drink as on their website it states "Sundia Watermelons have passed a strict, 3-Point Certification, meeting our standards for sweetness, firmness and color.

In the unlikely event that you purchased a Sundia Watermelon that did not meet our standards, please return the Sundia Inside label and receipt for a prompt refund." Located at this URL: http://www.sundiacorp.com/Guarantee.php

Its rare I ever do this, but being that the price of the drink was high I expected way better than the typical experience I got. They told me their was no guarantee and they would send me a coupon in the mail. Its been months I have not seen anything from them. To make matters even more shady the refund document on the website doesn't even work. I pointed this out to them and it did not seem to matter per their email. I just wanted my money back for a poor product. I do not believe was the grocery store to blame as it was evident they keep the juice in cool refrigerators.

Bad Customer Service, Bad Product, Did Not Honor Guarantee. Avoid This Company unless you want to try your luck (and taste buds) on one of their exotic foul drinks.

The link the OP provided is is the guarantee for "Sundia Fresh Watermelons" not watermelon juice. The page actually says "Note that this guarantee does not apply to Sundia juices."

I think you misunderstood...

I like this juice, especially the watermelon pomegranate. I had been drinking a different brand because pomegranate is supposed to be good for you, but this one tastes a lot better to me. I also like the plain watermelon juice. I think you might just got a bad bottle.

I followed the link to the guarantee since I couldn't imagine anyone guaranteeing a juice since it's so dependent on personal taste! I think you might have misunderstood what was written since that guarantee page looks like they're talking about their watermelons.

Like any other food or product purchased from any store, if you don't like it, you take it back to the place where you bought it from instead of the manufacturer! That would be like trying to get a $2 refund from Coca Cola or Pepsi for one of their juice products! I can't tell you how many times I've bought food that for some reason tasted wrong, and I just took it back to the store for a refund.
