I received a defective tri meter from http://sunflowersupplies.com/ purchased through ebay.com and the meter did not adjust for PH and I contacted them through emails.My contacts name was Ryan,he explained there was a 1yr warranty,no problem.I didn't need the meter until my second tank was ready so the unit sat in the box for 2 months before I contacted them again for an RMA number.This company doesn't do RMA numbers and they gave me an address to send it to,I sent it 3 day priority.A couple weeks went by without a word.When I contacted Ryan again with my tracking number in hand he said,that is my other address and he would "check for it".Who does this?Someone wasting time I found out latter.It took another 3-4 weeks to finally get another defective unit.This time it was defiantly a customer return,there were missing parts and a digit making up the PH number,this time he was trying to get me to "UPGRADE" to a "BETTER" unit.He was trying to charge 169.00 more than the same unit off Ebay from china. I told him no thanks to pricy and sent the unit back,again no acknowledgement they received the defective unit.The following is a direct copy & paste of the last two emails,please excuse the spelling error as I was pretty pissed when he tried to say my warranty has run out-Sept 22nd 2011 is the purchase date,when should it expire  Sept 22nd 2012,right?Not according to Ryan at sunflowersupplies.com

These only have a 1 year warranty ...you are past the warranty period. The manufacturer wont take it back.SorryRyan

It hasn't been a year,what the hell,September of this year,and I won't
let you put me off furthermore.I work for Ford Motor Company and legal
services are still free to me.You will be haearing from them.

I have every email from this guy and will be handing this over to UAW Legal Services-
I will NEVER purchase from these guys again and I have made many purchases until this tri-meter.I will post the outcome.

I have filed a complaint on ripoffreport.com and will be turning in all of our emails to the lawyer tomorrow as I  can't trust you anymore.This was nothing but an attempt to run out the warranty,I see this now.

Very Bad Business practices - I will be sending you a link to that report to,I have proof that every word is true,I have kept every email between us.Nothing but a refund will resolve this as I don't trust a word you say.I have every lie and B.S. excuse you have given me since Sept of last year.

I also own a few websites that I will be posing this on and they "will not be removed" until this is resolved.

............He hasn't replied to any of this....Very Bad Business Practices,guess your warranty is no good when you buy from these guys....If you want a protected product -:>>>>BEWARE
