Complaint Review: Sunglass Hut North Point Mall

I purchased glasses from them.  I tried them on in the store only and left with them in the case in their shopping bag.  I came back a 2nd time to try them on and compare to other glasses with my family.  I left wtih them in the case and shopping bag.  I came back a final time to return them as I never liked them enough to get them out of the case and wear them I realized. 

The person who had been pushing this pair of glasses on me the whole time got really nasty and said there was a scratch.  I couldn't see it and neither could the other sales person.  Since I never wore them outside of trying the glasses on in their store, if there is something there, it was there when I purchased them.  You have 90 days to return, and I returned within 30, but they wouldn't allow me to do so. 

Antoine the sales person (who pushed the glasses on me both times I was in before) was the nastiest individual I've ever dealt with in retail.  I have been a customer for over 20 years. This was my first time ever to return something to them.  I am no longer a customer.  Buyer beware.  No one checked for a scratch when I purchased the glasses, but they held the glasses up to multiple lights and angles when I returned them.  They are running a scam.  Buy your sunglasses elsewhere.
