Here is lawsuit #3 where Garson Silvers ripped off another Investor: He took the money and ran!
GARSON SILVERS Under the Supplemental Order, Garson Silvers (“Silvers”) was ordered to disclose to the Receiver any money he received from Patrick Soria (“Soria”) or any of the Receivership Defendants since January 1, 2018; any money he has received as part of, or proceeds of, any transaction involving Soria or any of the Receivership Defendants since January 1, 2018; and the location of any assets of Soria or any of the Receivership Defendants to the extent known.
In response, Silvers provided the Receiver a three paragraph e-mail which was a wholly deficient response to the Supplemental Order. It briefly describes the $899,000 which was wired into Silvers’ account on May 4, 2018 “specifically for him [Soria] to make investments into real estate.” However, the e-mail is silent about $379,879.52 Silvers received on February 28, 2018 as a result of fraudulent real property transactions pertaining to 1001 Usener Street, Houston, Texas (“Usener Property”).
Another $104,049.62 that Silvers received (through an account in the name of Silvers’ company, Zeon’s Inc.) post-receivership on July 24, 2018 in connection with the Usener Property, and another $140,321.67 that Silvers received, through Zeon’s, post-receivership on July 23, 2018 as a result of fraudulent real property transactions pertaining to 1030 Pitchford Road, Tomball, Texas (“Pitchford Property”).
The Receivership Defendants were integrally involved in each of these fraudulent transactions, yet Silvers provided no information about them or where all of the money generated by these fraudulent transactions went. We dont mean the home owners did the repairs they paid a un-lisensed worker to do the repairs and no permits were pulled so someone could make sure the work was done properly and up to safey code.

The infant was accidentally struck in the face while Gaind was holding her during the attack, the report said. The parents hit Gaind and left her with bruises on her face, neck and torso before Jasbir threatened to stab her with a kitchen knife, the report said. After the fight, the woman was locked in a room. Devbir and Jasbir may face "charges of false imprisonment, child abuse and denying access to 911". Devbir could also face felony battery charge. Jasbir was accused of "aggravated battery with a deadly weapon", the report said. Bhupinder could face "charges of battery domestic violence and failure to report child abuse", it said.

Now we cant even trust the female dance instructor at the local dance studio: Parents i hope you read this and understand that the world has turned into sick inviduals that are exploiting our children when you drop them off thinking they are safe!! You cant even trust any profession with your kids these days! You cant not tust anyone anymore with your kids!!

Saw this little girl on 60minutes and it makes you cry that she was competing to be the best gymnast in the World and behind the scenes she was being abused by her team Dr... At this guys sentencing she said you cant take my voice. We will pray for the 125 children that this man abused! Parents need to be so involved these days and not trust anyone anymore!!
